SAIL RSP Apprentice Selection Process
The recruitment process does not include a written examination. Selection will be made purely on academic performance.
The merit list will be prepared using:
- 30% weightage to Class 10 marks.
- 70% weightage to ITI/Diploma/Degree marks.
- Candidates with a CGPA must convert it into percentage as per their university norms.
- Final selection is subject to document verification and medical fitness.
